Quests and Journeys

Because there are many stranded, injured or sick wolves out there, the quests and journeys have been created. This allows wolves in the Earth Clan to travel and rescue wolves or gather items that other have asked for.

How do I get a Quest or Journey?

To receive a quest, you must go to the Quest and Journeys board and ask to take a quest. One quest per wolf. Some quests may appear on the board again but for/from different wolves. Every wolf that is over 1 year old, is eligible to receive a quest. Wolves in certain ranks can do certain quests that give them more abilities, points, coins etc.

What is the difference between a Quest and a Journey?

Quests are to help stranded, injured or sick wolves whether they be from Earth, Water or Air clan. A journey is for wolves in the Clan that need you to collect items for them such as medical items or food supplies. Journeys are more common than quests and many journeys appear on the board more than once.

Are there any enemies that I can come across during this journey/quest?

There are camps that Fire Clan has set up throughout the area. You may or may not come across a Fire Clan member during your quest or journey. If a Fire Clan member finds you and you do not know an element, you can flee from your quest and it will be reposted on the board as 'OPEN'. If you do have an Element, than you can use it to fight a Fire Clan wolf [remember to use the attack dice].

I don't know how to Role Play Quests/Journeys.

It may seem a little hard but it really isn't! Quests and Journey's follow YOU, you make up the outcome. Don't make it boring and have one paragraph. Each quest/journey will start off with you posting in the area your quest takes place [REMEMBER to post/role-play about how you got there], the 'Quest/Journey Object' will then post giving you clues on how close you are to your object/item that you need to collect.

Eg.

Terrae Posts: "As she walks carefully through the thick forest searching for the blue rose, Terrae catches the scent of birds nearby. Her stomach growls for the food but she knows she must concentrate on the task. She edges ever so closely to a small pond and suddenly catches the scent of what seems could be the flower!"

Object Posts: "The Blue flower sits quietly behind a large rock 120 meters away from Terrae."

Do I get any prizes for completing a quest/journey?

Yes, you can receive many different types of prizes. Some can be small/large amounts of Pecuniam [The Packs Currency], or some could be items from the store.
